Vacuum Industries Super VII® Model 8820-1750-4S/1Z (CVI Job # 4-2012)

Rare four-sided Super VIIŽ design offering better temperature uniformity than standard 2-sided designs. Contains front-loading Molybdenum hot zone with Tungsten Elements rated for 1750°C in Vacuum or partial pressures of inert gas. Unit will be rebuilt to original condition and can be customized to individual customer requirements if desired at additional cost.

Unit is designed to operate at 1750°C in Vacuum and Hydrogen with 8"w x 8"h x 20"d hot zone and four-sided Tungsten elements and W/Mo shield pack rated for 35 kg loads.
Vacuum pumping system with two-stage direct drive rated at 14.1 CFM.
Instrumentation includes Yokogawa UP-550 Programmable Controller, UT350-L Overtemperature control per NFPA Regulations, Teledyne Hastings CVT26 Vacuum Gauge, and Yokoagawa AX-100 digital Chart Recorder.

Centorr Vacuum Industries System VII® design known worldwide for its versatility and small footprint. Contains front-loading Molybdenum in 6"w x 6"h x 15"d hot zone with Moly Elements rated for 1315°C in Vacuum or partial pressures of inert gas. Unit will be rebuilt to original condition and can be customized to individual customer requirements if desired at additional cost.

Unit is designed to operate at 1315°C in Vacuum or partial pressures of inert gas with two-sided Molybdenum elements and Mo/SS shield pack.
Console mounted Vacuum pumping system includes mechanical pump and diffusion pump with cold cap and water cooled baffle. Manually operated valves.
Instrumentation includes Honeywell UDC-2300 Digital Controller and variable setpoint vs time programmer, Overtemperature controller, and Vacuum Gauge for 2 thermocouple tubes and ionization gauge.
